Registration

General Camp Fees

$205/ Week 

Weekly Registration is Required.
Full payment is required upon registration.
Financial Assistance is available to ensure that no child is turned away.

Affordable and Accessible

The Club strives to work with families, and partners to offer accessible and barrier free services. Fees are affordable and financial support is available when needed. Programs and services are open to all regardless of race, religion, social or economic status.

Refunds and Cancellations

Registration or cancellation must be completed by noon the Friday prior to service. This provides us the time to reach out to waiting list to take your spot or adjust staffing based on ratios.

Refunds are subject to 15% administration fee.

Registration Paperwork

Each participant will require a full registration package and waivers (links below) completed in order to register for Camp.  Please contact our main office at (705)-324-4493 or e-mail info@bgckl.com if you have any questions on which forms/waivers are required or the registration process 

You can access and/or update your current registration information or create a new account on the Clubs new online registration system by clicking here! If you have a current account with the Club and have not accessed the online portal please contact the office for support. You will need to ensure the Club has your current email address in the system for you to access your account online.

BGC Kawarthas is committed to the inclusion of all campers!

At the time of registration please make us aware of any special requirements for medication, mobility, or behaviour, or of other resources your child may need to participate.

The more informed we are the better service we can provide.

Fee Subsidy

Contact or visit the Club if you are in need of financial assistance for any of our programs, services, or memberships. You may qualify for a child care subsidy through the City of Kawartha Lakes for Summer Camp programming.

Camp Staff are certified in the following:

  • Intensive screening and training process to ensure the highest quality program.
Our training program includes:

Program planning and development, program implementation, supervision, sun safety, behavioral management systems, emergency response, health and safety, communication, quality assurance and more.
