Ladies Indoor Volleyball League

Start Date:  October 7, 2024

Location:  L.C.V.I. (260 Kent Street West)
(Enter school through side doors on Adelaide Street)

Ages:  18+

Game Play:  6 vs. 6 (Self-Officiated)

Cost:  $900.00/Team

Registration opens at 10:00 am on September 9 to 20 for returning teams only from 2023-2024 season.

Starting September 23 registration will open to any team if spaces are still available.

Mixed Indoor Volleyball League

Start Date: October 9, 2025

Location: L.C.V.I. (260 Kent Street West)

Ages: 18+

Game Play: 6 vs 6 (Mixed-no more than 3 guys on the court at any time)

Cost: $1128.00/Team

Ladies Beach Volleyball Leagues

Start Dates:  

1-Mondays – June 2, 2025

2-Tuesdays – June 3, 2025

Game Times: 6:30 pm or 7:30 pm (Teams will rotate between game times)

Location:  BGCK courts @ 107 Lindsay Street South (Behind our Building)

Ages: 18+

Game Play: 4’s (Self-Officiated)

Cost: $450/team (10 week season)

Starting Monday, March 17 at 10:00 am to March 28, 2025 at 6:00 pm returning team captains from 2024 season only can register in person at club office at 107 Lindsay Street South or by calling (705) 324-4493 & press 0.  Office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Starting April 1, 2025 @ 10:00 am registration opens to any teams if spaces still available.

Mixed Indoor Basketball League

 4 on 4 Basketball full court games at a recreation level played in our club gym.

Start Date: November 19, 2024

Location: Club Gym @ 107 Lindsay Street South

Ages: 18+

Game Times: 7:30 pm & 8:30 pm (4 Teams) & 9:30 pm (If 6 Teams)

Game Play: 4 vs 4 (1 game per week)

Cost: $195.00/Player (Includes Reversible Jersey) (Certified Officials Semi-Finals & Championship)

Mixed Outdoor Basketball League

3×3 Basketball half-court game at a recreation level on our Outdoor Court!

Date: Returns Summer 2025

Time: 7:00 to 8:00 (4 Teams) or 7:00 to 9:00 (8 Teams)

Location: Outdoor Court @ 107 Lindsay Street South

Mixed Indoor Ball Hockey League

Don’t like the cold? We offer 3 on 3 plus goalies gymnasium recreation level ball hockey for those who prefer runners over skates.

Start Date:  November 14, 2024

Location: Club Gym @ 107 Lindsay Street South

Ages: 18+

Game Time: 8:30 pm & 9:30 pm (4 Teams)

Game Play: 3 vs 3 plus goalies (1 game per week)

Cost: $175.00/player (Includes reversible jersey)

  1. For 2024-2025 season teams can register their own team of 8 players of minimum 2 females, and a goalie.

  3. The league organizer will add 2 players to each team roster to complete & balance teams.
  4. All players still register with office or online.
  5. All New Players are required to complete Draft Form at registration.
  6. Players can request on the draft form to be on same team with one other player & BGC Kawarthas staff will do their best to accommodate.

Mixed Pickleball Ladder League

Adult Mixed Pickleball Ladder League will consist of up to 6 doubles matches on three courts (Group A, B & C) on a weekly basis.

Players are required to have played the game previously and have sound knowledge of all applicable rules.

Players will move up and down the ladder each week based on game results/points from previous week.

Once that weeks ladder is complete the session will finish with open play if time remaining.

Dates: April 22 to June 24, 2025

Location:  Club Gym @ 107 Lindsay Street South

Ages:  18+

Times:  7:00-9:00 p.m.

Cost: $100/player for 10 weeks

Equipment:  Wooden Paddles & Balls Provided

Note:

1.  Players please let Trevor Tompkins know by email to ttompkins@bgckawarthas.com if going to be away.

2.  Players may be asked to help set-up the 3 nets/courts and take down the nets after play on weekly basis.

3.  Players just need court/running shoes & comfortable clothing to be active.

4.  Players may be dropped down a level in the ladder if they are absent.

Mixed Pickleball Open Play

Adult Mixed Pickleball Open Play in our club gym with 3 indoor courts for all adults from beginners to experienced who are looking to play this very popular sport!

Open Play will start with doubles play on all 3 courts.  Players that win their game will place their paddle in the gold bin.  Players that lose their game will place their paddle in the silver bin.

Once a court becomes available a player will grab the next four paddles from one of the bins (alternating) and players will partner up and head to the open court to play.

Dates: 

1-Saturdays – April 12 to May 3, 2025

2-Fridays – May 2 to to July 4, 2025

Location:  Club Gym @ 107 Lindsay Street South

Ages:  18+

Times: 

1-Saturdays is 9:30-11:30 a.m.

2-Fridays is 7:00-9:00 p.m.

Cost: 

1-Saturdays – $40.00 per player for 4 weeks

2-Fridays – $100 per player for 10 weeks

Equipment:  Wooden Paddles & Balls Provided

Doubles Pickleball Tournaments

Date: April 5, 2025

Location:  Club Gym @ 107 Lindsay Street South

Ages:  18+

Time:  

1-Ladies Division – 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (Full with 10 Doubles Teams – waiting list started)

2-Men’s Division – 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Approximately depending on number of teams)

Game Play:  Doubles

Level:  Open to all players level 3.0 & under.

Cost:  $30.00 per player (Guaranteed 4 Matches)

NOTES:

1. Players need to register with a partner for doubles play.

2. Open to all players level 3.0 & under.

3. Game schedule link will be emailed to all participants one week before by March 31..

4.  Prizes for top three teams.

5.  All players are required to sign a waiver prior to playing in the tournament.

6.  Players need to email Trevor @ ttompkins@bgckawarthas.com who their partner is.
