Youth Indoor Volleyball League
Start Date:
1-Fall Session – October 9 to January 15, 2026 (No League Dec. 4, 25 & Jan. 1)
2-Winter Session – February 6 to April 30, 2026 (No League March 19)
Location:Â Club Gym @ 107 Lindsay Street South
Ages:Â Â
1-Grades 5-6 & 7-8 Division
2-Grades 9-12 Division
Game Time:
1-Grades 5-6 & 7-8 is 6:15-7:15 p.m.
2-Grades 9-12 is 7:15-8:15 p.m.
Game Play:Â 4’s & 6’s depending on numbers
Cost:Â $120.00 (12 weeks)Â (Financial Assistance Available)
How do I register?
Registration opens September 4, 2025 @ 10:00 am!

Teams:
- Youth may request to be on the same team with one other youth & BGC Kawarthas staff will do their best – email ttompkins@bgckawarthas.com your request.
- Expectation is that the youth have some level of volleyball skill and playing experience prior to registering as this is a game play league and not a skill development only program.
- Teams will be created by BGC Kawarthas Staff and may be adjusted as season progresses to ensure fair teams.

Ages: Grades 6-8 & 9-11
Game Time:Â Grades 6-8 is 6:30-7:30 pm & Grades 9-11 is 7:30-8:30 pm
Game Play:Â 4’s & 6’s depending on numbers
Cost: T.B.D. (Financial Assistance Available)

Youth Outdoor Basketball League
Outdoor Basketball League played on our Outdoor Court!

Game Play: 3 x 3 Half Court & 4 vs 4 cross court

Youth Pickleball Ladder League
Youth Pickleball Ladder League in our club gym with 3 indoor courts for youth who are looking to play this very popular & fun sport!
Youth will be divided into three groups A, B & C based on skill level and max five players per group and will play up to 4 matches in their group each week. Youth will move up and down the ladder groups each week based on game results/points from the previous week. Youth are required to have played pickleball previously and have knowledge of the basic rules as this is not a learn to play program
Dates: March 2 to April 20, 2026 (No program March 16 & April 6)
Location: Club Gym @ 107 Lindsay Street South
Ages: Grades 5-8
Time: 7:15-8:30 p.m.
Cost: $60.00 for 6 weeks
Note:
1. Participants please let Trevor know by email to ttompkins@bgckawarthas.com if going to be away and miss pickleball program.
2. Participants will be shown how to set-up the 3 nets/courts and how to take them down after play on a weekly basis.
3. Participants just need court/running shoes & comfortable clothing to be active in to get started in this sport. Paddles & balls provided.
