Transitional Age Youth

What is the Transitional Age Youth Program?

The Transitional Age Youth Program provides youth 18 – 24 years of age with a planned and coordinated transition to adulthood to plan their daily living, vision and goals for the future.

Youth will have the opportunity to gain skills in employment , financial literacy, self-care, life skills, system navigation and get the opportunity to hangout doing fun recreational activities with peers.

Overall, the transitional age youth program provides a safe and supportive environment for young adults to learn, grow, and thrive as they transition into independent, responsible members of society.
