From stacking cups to balancing acts, each challenge is designed to bring laughter, friendly competition, and a chance to win prizes.

Taste Test Tuesday

Taste Test Tuesday is a fun and interactive program that introduces youth to new foods and flavors through engaging taste testing activities. Each week, participants will have the opportunity to try out different dishes, snacks, and beverages in a playful and innovative way.

The goal of Taste Test Tuesday is to expand young people’s palates, encourage them to be adventurous with their food choices, and promote healthy eating habits. By making the tasting experience enjoyable and interactive, the program aims to help youth develop a positive relationship with food and a willingness to try new things.

During Taste Test Tuesday sessions, participants may engage in blind taste tests where they have to guess the ingredients or flavors of a dish, participate in food trivia games to learn more about different cuisines, or even compete in cooking challenges to create their own unique dishes.

Wellness Wednesday

Wellness Wednesday is a youth program designed to promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being in a supportive and uplifting environment. With a mix of gender-specific sessions and group activities, participants will engage in mindfulness exercises, team challenges, open discussions, and fun activities that encourage self-care, resilience, and positive connections.

Each week offers something new, from stress-relief techniques and fitness fun to creative expression and personal growth workshops. Whether we’re moving our bodies, engaging our minds, or supporting each other, Wellness Wednesday is all about building confidence, balance, and a strong sense of community.

Young Chef Thursday

Get ready to chop, mix, and create in Young Chefs, a fun and hands-on cooking program designed to introduce youth to kitchen skills, culinary techniques, and the joy of cooking! Each session, participants will learn the basics of food prep, safety, and nutrition while making delicious recipes they can recreate at home.
