Multi Program Tuesdays

Girls Night – Tues. Nov 4th, Tues. Dec 2nd  – 6-7pm

Girls Night is a chill, safe space for female-identifying youth to talk about real-life stuff i — from healthy relationships to confidence and friendships. Come hang out, share, and support each other in a judgment-free zone!

Guys Night – Tues. Nov 11th, Tues. Dec 9th – 6-7pm

Join us for Guys’ Night — a relaxed space where male-identifying youth can talk openly about what really matters. We’ll chat about things like relationships, self-respect, confidence, and the challenges guys face.

Transitional Age Youth – Tues. Nov 18th, Tues. Dec 16th – 6-7pm

A welcoming space for young adults ages 18-24 to connect, hang out, and build real-world skills! Meet others your age, chat with community partners, and learn about topics like independence, employment, budgeting, and navigating adulthood — all in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Youth Advisory Council – Tues. Nov 25th 6-8pm

The Youth Council provides youth ages 12- 18 with an opportunity to bring their voice, creativity, lived experience and leadership to BGC Kawarthas and their youth peers. The Youth Advisory Council will give youth the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, support and help guide youth program development, and bring youth perspectives to community initiatives.

Drop-in Gym

Join us for Drop-In Gym Nights every Wednesday from 6:00–8:00pm! Each week features a variety of fun and active sports including basketball, football, volleyball, and dodgeball. This free program is a great way to get moving, meet new people, and enjoy friendly competition in a welcoming environment.

Please remember to bring clean indoor running shoes. A signed waiver is required to participate.

Queer Youth Kawartha Lakes

Our Queer Youth program welcomes all youth in Grades 7-12 who are 2SLGBTQIA+ identifying, or allies to a safe and supportive space where they can freely explore and celebrate their identities. Through activities, discussions, and community, we empower youth to connect, grow, and embrace their true selves.
