Program Update: Drop-In Gym & Evening Programs
We would like to share an important update regarding our Drop-In Gym program and other evening programs.
Due to ongoing challenges with behaviour and difficulty following program rules, we have made the decision to adjust the age eligibility for these programs. Effective Monday, February 2nd, all Drop-In Gym and evening programs will be limited to youth in Grades 7 and up.
This decision was not made lightly. Our priority is to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants, staff, and volunteers. We believe this change will help us better support positive behaviour, improve overall program flow, and create a more successful experience for everyone involved.
We truly appreciate the understanding and continued support from our youth, families, and community as we work to maintain a welcoming and safe space for all.

Drop-in Evening Programs
Drop-in Gym
Join us for Drop-In Gym Nights every Wednesday from 6:00–8:00pm! Each week features a variety of fun and active sports including basketball, football, volleyball, and dodgeball. This free program is a great way to get moving, meet new people, and enjoy friendly competition in a welcoming environment.
Please remember to bring clean indoor running shoes. A signed waiver is required to participate.
