Youth Outreach


Youth Outreach is a program for youth who need someone to talk to, someone to help them connect with programs or services or someone to help them work towards goals and figure out life.


Who Is Eligible?


Youth Outreach is for youth ages 12-21 who live in Kawartha Lakes.


What is the Purpose of YOW?

A YOW (Youth Outreach Worker) helps youth with a variety of needs including: Mental Health & Wellness Physical Health, Food & Nutrition Life Skills Relationships & Social Interactions Education & Employment Substance Use & Targeted Prevention Goal Setting & Service Navigation


Referral & Process

To make a referral for the Youth Outreach Program, complete the referral form and email:  Youth Outreach Referral Form Schools, community agencies,and health care providers should complete and submit the Youth Outreach referral form. Youth and families can contact the Club to make a self-referral or to refer a family member,community member or peer.
